Charleston Legal Access is Charleston's premier nonprofit law firm. We do not provide free legal services, but we work at a price that modest people can afford. Hourly rates are determined on an individual basis based on the client's income and family size. Our initial inquiry and phone consultation with a lawyer is absolutely free. In-person, 1-2 hour consultations and limited support sessions are available for a flat fee of $50-$100.
